Refund & Return Policy

1. The Nature of Our Products
Royal Butcher's sells fresh, perishable meat products. Because of this, we handle refunds and returns differently than a typical retail store — we cannot accept physical returns of meat once delivered, for food safety reasons. Instead, our policy focuses on making sure any genuine quality or order issue is resolved quickly, through replacement or refund.
2. Order Cancellations
- Orders can be cancelled free of charge any time before they are cut and dispatched for delivery.
- Once an order has been cut, packed, or dispatched, it can no longer be cancelled, since the product is prepared specifically for that order.
- To cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or phone with your order number.
3. Quality Issues
If there is a genuine problem with the quality, freshness, or condition of the meat you received, we want to make it right. Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- A clear photo of the product showing the issue
- A brief description of the problem
Depending on the issue, we will offer a replacement on your next order, a partial refund, or a full refund, at our discretion.
Note: We're unable to accept quality complaints reported after 24 hours, or for meat that has been left unrefrigerated, cooked, or otherwise handled outside normal food safety practice after delivery.
4. Wrong Item or Missing Item
If you received the wrong cut, wrong weight, or an item is missing from your order, contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and we will arrange a correction, replacement, or refund for the affected item.
5. Delivery Issues
If your order does not arrive within the promised delivery window, or does not arrive at all, please contact us so we can investigate and resolve it — including a refund if the order cannot be fulfilled.
6. Refund Method & Timing
- Refunds for online payments are processed back to the original payment method used at checkout.
- Refunds for Cash on Delivery orders are processed via bank transfer or credited toward your next order, as agreed with you.
- Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
